A residential development in the prestigious area of Ashrafiyeh in Beirut, this project reflects the typical Lebanese house by having all the balconies combined in one place, echoing the central hall house. In addition to eight floors of luxury apartments, the building also has a gallery space on the ground floor and two basements of parking. The project acknowledges the city by its sandstone cladding, typical of Beirut’s 19th century houses.
